Alene Sartori Fowler

Attorney

Alene Sartori Fowler is the co-founder of Fowler Law Group where she focuses her legal practice in the areas of juvenile criminal defense and civil traffic court. Alene brings a unique and diverse background to the firm’s criminal defense practice. She was born in São Paulo, Brazil and moved to the United States to attend Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, Florida and Stetson University in De Land, Florida. Alene is fluent in in English, Portuguese and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida where she was the recipient of the Sarasota County Bar Association Diversity Scholarship.

Following her graduation from law school and admission to the Florida Bar, Alene worked for two Florida law firms where she represented clients in family law matters and bankruptcy cases. Alene has also served as the Regional Director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida and during law school she worked as a legal clerk for General Magistrate Martin D. Proctor of the 13th Judicial Circuit.

In 2013, Alene joined her husband, James Fowler, to create Fowler Law Group, P.A.. Alene is a compassionate Sarasota juvenile lawyer who is dedicated to meeting the diverse legal needs of her clients. She draws upon her past legal experiences and work in the non-profit sector with children and families to help clients facing serious criminal charges and arrests. In every case that she handles, Alene takes the time to explain complex laws and legal procedures and help her client navigate the criminal justice system. Whether she is defending an adult or juvenile offender, she takes a comprehensive approach to legal representation, providing clients with aggressive advocacy and compassionate legal counsel.
